Thin Film Evaporation Device Hi-U Blasher

The processing liquid pressed against the evaporation surface by centrifugal force is uniformly formed into a thin film by the blade.

The thin film evaporation device "Hi-U Blasher" creates a thin film of liquid by allowing it to flow along a heated surface, evaporating it at low temperatures and in a short time under vacuum to minimize thermal impact. Compared to other evaporation devices, such as pot stills (single-stage evaporation cans), its heat transfer coefficient is about 10 times higher, and it has lower pressure loss. It is used for the rectification, concentration, decolorization, deodorization, and degassing of substances that are prone to thermal decomposition or have high boiling points.
